Our peptide vendor pick
We recommend a single vendor for research peptides and bacteriostatic water rather than listing dozens. Easier to trust, easier to compare across orders.

Syringe size guide
The right syringe depends on your typical dose volume. When in doubt, the 0.3 mL U-100 is the safest default for research peptides.
| Syringe | Best for | Needle | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| U-100 · 0.3 mL (30 units) | Tiny doses (5–30 units) — most research peptides | 29–31 G · 5/16" | Easiest to read for sub-30 unit doses. Most popular. |
| U-100 · 0.5 mL (50 units) | Mid-range doses (10–50 units) — GLP-1s, HCG | 29–31 G · 5/16" or 1/2" | Good middle ground if you dose across a wide range. |
| U-100 · 1 mL (100 units) | Large doses or split injections | 29–31 G · 1/2" | Harder to read small doses precisely. |
| Standard 3 mL · luer-lock | Transferring BAC water into peptide vial | 21–23 G · 1" | Mixing only — not for injection. |
Bacteriostatic vs sterile water
Bacteriostatic water (use this)
Sterile water with 0.9% benzyl alcohol as a preservative. Lets you puncture the stopper repeatedly over weeks without bacterial growth. Standard for multi-dose vials.
Plain sterile water (avoid)
No preservative. The vial becomes a bacterial growth medium within 24 hours of first puncture. Only acceptable for single-use reconstitution.
Why these picks?
- Insulin syringes from Amazon Associates — widely stocked, fast shipping, easy returns. Look for ReliOn, BD Ultra-Fine, or Easy Touch brands.
- BAC water from the peptide vendor — Amazon does not reliably stock it. Adding to your peptide order saves shipping.
- Sharps container — buy one once; it lasts many months of personal use. Most US pharmacies accept full containers for free disposal.
